To enable us to help you quickly and efficiently, please complete the FFB warranty application form in full. A precise description of the problem is very important for fast processing.
Please send the completed application by e-mail to the responsible contact person in Customer Service or to customer-service@feldbinder.com. We will check your request immediately and then get in touch with you.
Simple, fast and digital:
To make the process as simple as possible for you, all documents are exchanged by e-mail. Damage photos, logs of the brake system or detailed descriptions of the defect help us to process your request quickly. The return of the old part, if requested by us, also helps us to assert possible claims with our upstream suppliers.
