Nine young men and two women proudly received their graduation and skilled worker certificates at the training facility in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.
The nine newly qualified skilled workers, who successfully passed their final exams in January, completed their training as construction mechanics or electronics technicians for industrial engineering at Feldbinder over the past 3½ years. Mr. Reichel, the chair of the IHK examination board, personally presented the certificates to the seven construction mechanics at Feldbinder in Wittenberg. The newly qualified skilled workers completed their basic training at the BBZ Elbe GmbH and BBW e.V. training workshops, with which Feldbinder Special Vehicles GmbH closely collaborates in training. "A close integration of the learning locations—training workshop, training company, and vocational school—is the key to success!" said Dirk Müller, head of vocational training at Feldbinder. None of the former trainees failed; on the contrary, the Feldbinder graduates achieved good to very good exam results.
In the commercial sector, Nadine Zander and Annika Schlesinger also excelled. The two industrial clerks shortened their training and stood out with above-average exam results.
