On September 21, 2019, Feldbinder presented itself at both the Wittenberg Training Fair and the Day of Crafts on the Winsen marketplace. The training managers from both locations, Katrin Noack and Thomas Müller (WB), along with Rebecca Ravens and Henri Krüger (WL), answered all questions regarding training and career opportunities at Feldbinder, together with FFB trainees. Students, parents, career changers, and all interested individuals had the chance to learn in-depth about our entry opportunities and get to know our team personally.
The direct contact at training fairs, career orientation days at the company, or even during school visits in the classroom is particularly important to the management. “Our trainees are an integral and essential part of the team from the very beginning. Our goal is to hire all trainees,” says Dr. Nina Lorea Kley, Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at Feldbinder. The family-oriented company culture, excellent hiring prospects, above-average pay, bonus payments, and fuel vouchers are part of the package that FFB offers its trainees.
Further information on training can be found on our career pages.
This coming Saturday, interested trainees from the Harburg district will have the opportunity to meet us in person. Feldbinder and other companies from Winsen will introduce themselves at the 1st Winsen Discovery Day. In addition to great hands-on activities, a raffle is also planned at 2:00 PM. The event will take place at the Gewerbepark Osterwiesen. More detailed information can be found here. Just stop by. We look forward to seeing you!
