We welcome our new skilled workers

While the new trainees successfully mastered the first few days of their training, other FFB trainees were proud to hold their certificates in their hands. Two trainees in Wittenberg completed their training with outstanding results. David Borschke received an overall grade of a straight A and achieved a fantastic 100% in the practical examination.

“I particularly liked the good structure of the training, in which all departments in the company are run through with a training plan and there were always fixed contact persons,” says Borschke. This makes it possible for the trainees to get to know the various activities in the departments and to quickly find the right contact person in the event of potential problems. Mr. Borschke's excellent professional development was positively influenced in particular by the project work and further training courses.

Despite his very good performance at school, he found the exam preparation courses in the written and practical areas to be very useful and helpful in achieving positive results in the exams. Mr. Borschke also made intensive use of the welder training at Feldbinder. During his time as an apprentice, he successfully passed five welding examinations. The exams he passed and the intensive on-the-job training are important prerequisites for Mr. Borschke for a good start to his professional life.

Franziska Schulz also completed her training excellently and only just missed out on an overall grade of one. Ms. Schulz and Mr. Borschke both began their training as construction mechanics at the Lutherstadt Wittenberg site in 2017 and completed their training ahead of schedule. “It was a very pleasant place to work. If all trainees were so motivated, I would have a quiet life,” says Mr. Jürgen Reichel, trainer at BBZ Elbe and member of the IHK examination board.
