On Saturday, June 16, 2018, the Parent Day at the Winsen plant took place once again as part of our tradition. On this day, we offered the parents of our first-year apprentices the opportunity to get to know their children's workplace. The beginning of vocational training is an important step in the lives of young people. However, it is also a significant milestone for the parents, often coinciding with their children leaving the family home. For this reason, it is important to us that parents are also "included" and can have all their questions regarding training and Feldbinder answered.
After a half-hour company presentation, the participants enjoyed an interesting tour of the facility. During this tour, the individual workstations of the apprentices and other production areas were introduced. A light lunch provided everyone with the opportunity to engage in conversation before parting ways around 1:00 PM.
