As the first company in the Harburg district, we carry the quality seal "Top Training" from the IHK Lüneburg-Wolfsburg. This award confirms our above-average commitment to fostering young talent. "We see training as part of securing skilled workers and are dedicated to developing good employees from the very beginning," says Dr. Nina Lorea Kley, Managing Director of Feldbinder.
In the four-stage evaluation process of the IHK, five categories were assessed: training marketing, the start and organization of training, examinations, and the completion of training. Feldbinder successfully passed the final and most important stage, the training audit, which involved an intensive review by three independent jurors.
The certificate was awarded on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, by Angelika Harre and Kirsten Deising from the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The training managers Martin Polzin, Rebecca Ravens, and Henri Krüger, who support trainees from the application process through to successful examinations and beyond, happily accepted the award.
